Prepare meeting rooms, arrange materials, and take minutes when necessary. Document Preparation: Assist in creating reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Maintain and update records, databases, and files. Team Assistance: Provide support to different departments as needed, including arranging travel and accommodations. Handle inquiries and provide information to employees and visitors. Customer Interaction: Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate departments. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all activities. Handle confidential information with discretion. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
